- 4 eggs
- 2 cups fresh cheese (preferably goat cheese)
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- Prepare the caramel heating the sugar with the water in the mold. Don’t stir as to the sugar not to crystallize. Set aside and let cool.
- Blend together the eggs, condensed milk and cheese.
- Pour this egg mixture into the caramel-coated mold. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook in a bain-marie in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes; or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
