- 180 g condensed milk
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 250 g pulp of baked apples
- 200 ml sauce, from the baked apples
- Whisk the condensed milk with the yogurt. Fold in the whipping cream and the apple pulp. Pour in the ice maker.
- When done, pour the ice cream into a loaf tin lined with cling film/ or into silicone molds.
- Freeze at least for 6 h, until firm.
- Serve sliced or scooped (with a hot spoon).
- Drizzle the apple sauce over the ice cream.
